Provider terms continue to apply
Operational control of an account transfers to the buyer, but the terms of service of the issuing provider continue to govern the underlying identity and its use. Buyers are responsible for operating within those terms at all times.
Independence
OldCloudShop is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any cloud provider named on this site. Provider names are used only to identify the type of account a listing refers to, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Listing accuracy
Listings describe the configuration, residual credit and attached resources supplied for each account. Buyers are encouraged to confirm the details that matter to them before completing a purchase.
Acceptable use
Accounts must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, or any purpose prohibited by the issuing provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
